Description

When trying to upload a a valid user license received trough email in the license box, the following error message is displayed:

! The license key that you have entered is either mal-formed or expired. The previous license has been restored.

Solution

This is a common problem usually caused by control characters being introduced in the license string. Please contact support@urbanturtle.com to have your license key sent trough other means.
