Can I configure the tools -> send as email to open the workitem in outlook?

When I open a work item and edit it I want to be able to select "tools" -> "send as email" and open the details on outlook. Can I configure the Urban Turtle to use outlook as the default email tool?

Hi Eric,

Urban Turtle does not provide any interoperability with email. It is however possible to configure TFS to send an email to alert a user when a work item is modified. This is some documentation I found on Microsoft's site:
