I have created a custom board to show my kanban swimlanes for an iteration. All seems to be working great until I enter the fifth column and all workitems change the "assigned to" field to one specific user in the system. There are no status transitions and this is not the last swimlane in the board. Have you heard of this problem before, and/or can you point me in a direction to try to resolve this?
Swimlane change in custom board changes "assigned to"

Permanently deleted user Hi Krister,
I have never heard of this problem before. The action of assigning a user to a work item is defined in the <commitement> bloc of configuration mapping file. The action is usually only triggered when the state of the work item is changed and only in the Sprint Backlog. I will have to ask you a couple of questions to help us diagnose the problem:
- What version of Urban Turtle and TFS are you using?
- What process template are you working with?
- What is the type of the work item to which the user is assigned?
- What state is the work item in when it is assigned?
- Was there any rules that were added to the System.AssignedTo field with Visual Studio? You can check which rules are active by using the Visual Studio Power Tools. Open a work item with Tools -> Process Editor -> Work Item Types -> Open WIT from server. Open the problematic work item and right click on de "Assign To" filed it in the "Fields" tab. You will be shown a dialog box with a "Rules" tab that contains all the rules for this field. (see screenshot)

Permanently deleted user Hi Krister,
I have tried over and over to reproduce your problem but did not succeed. In the Agile working process template, the task work item is only assigned to the current user when it transit from New to Active. I could not have the task assigned by simply transitioning between two columns mapped to the same state.
Is it possible to send me the exact configuration of you custom board (a screenshot would be perfect)? I will retry with your exact configuration.

Krister Klaussen Hi Francis
This error seems to have disappeared by itself while i was busy with a more urgent problem in another product. Sorry to have wasted your time. No changes where made to the configuration but now it just works.
Here is the config if you want to see it anyways:
