Error after update from 4.10 to 4.12

On a TFS Server 2012.2 we tried to update UT from 4.10 to 4.12.

We got an error message "A WorkItemType is empty in VisibleWorkItemTypes" with the attached configuration.

We rolled back the update because we did it directly in the production system.Can you please check this behavior.

    Hi Martin,

    Is it possible to send me your working process template? You can download the working process from TFS by using Team -> Team Project Collection Settings -> Team Project Manager. I will try to install it and see if I can reproduce the error.

    I expirience the same issue on our system when upgrading from 4.11 to 4.12. 

    Did you manage to find (and solve) the problem?

    No, I'm sorry. I did the update in a production environment, where I was not able to spend much time for searching the error.
