Product Backlog Empty After Upgrade to 2012-4.17

After upgrading to the latest release all of our Product Backlogs are empty. We recently had a problem with our TFS data warehouse and had to recreate the cube, not sure if that's related or not. Any ideas on what the problem could be and how to resolve?

    Could you veryify in the tab "areas" (a link to the right of the "iterations" in the upper left hand side of the screen) and verify that your top level area is selected.
