Storypoint Burndown - includes Task Hours?

I'm not sure I understand your question. In Urban Turtle we have two base graphs to follow the progression of a sprint. The “Hour Burndown” and the “Story Point Burndown”. Those two graphs are available in the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and custom board with the button “Reports”. They are also available in the Dashboard.

The Hour Burndown display the hours on the Y axis. By default in the Scrum Template it’s the remaining hour field. The Story point Burndown displays the efforts field coming from the PBIs on the Y axis.

If you have customized your process template, you may have some mapping todo in Urban Turtle.

Let me give you an example.
The Storypoints graph shows we have about 140-something Storypoints left.

The Product Backlog view shows a total of 104 Storypoints + 40 something task hours.
It seems that the Storypoings graph takes Storypoints + task hours.

This does not seem right
(We have a pretty standard template)

which process template are you using?

When you say the Product Backlog shows a total of 104 points is this in the iteration statistics (expand the little tab on the iteration name on the left hand side of the product backlog) or are you adding up the points displayed on the work items? If is from what you see on the work items, have you filtered out either the completed or child iterations?

Keep in mind when counting point we include the effort field across bugs, BPIs and other work items with the same field.

That would explain it if you add the Effort field of the Tasks as well.
Is this how it should work? For me, Story Points are only a PBI thing, and have nothing to do with Tasks & Bugs?

Task should not have an effort field, at least not by default in the Scrum or Agile process template. But I could be wrong on this one. 

For bugs, I agree with you because they don't bring any new value to the software, so they should penalize the velocity. But there a lot of people who put effort in those bugs and want the velocity to reflect how much effort they put in a sprint.

Is there any way to see Remaining hours for bugs rather than seeing priority on product backlog or on Sprint backlog.

You can edit the Urban Turtle configuration file (often under c:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 12.0\Application Tier\Web Services\Areas\UrbanTurtle\Configuration) to change the information display. 

I would recommend that you make a copy of your configuration files, change the file's "Name" attribute and adjust it as needed for your needs. You can find more information on configuring these files at http://support.urbanturtle.com/forums/21176263

Look for the "<PlanningBoard>" section in the file to add or change columns. The sprint backlog is more restrictive and there's only 2 information block. 

For the Backog module,  Urban Turtle officially support 2 extra colums. Depending on the user resolution, the layout will break at some points with too many colums.
