How to add Bug to "Add a child" menu?

Hi. We are using Urban Turtle for some old project with custom WIT definitions.

In the "Spring Backlog" view there is a button + for each product backlog. In this project it does not contain Bug.

How to add it to this list?

Bug is enabled in Urban Turtle configuration:
