Field "Area" is not inherited from parent item in 2012 version

Hi all. We are testing migration to TFS 2012 update 3 (version 4.8).

When I try to create child item in "product backlog" section using "Add with details" button, field Area is not inherited from parent item.

Creation from "sprint backlog" section works fine, but our users used to create tasks from "product backlog" section.
