"Create feature" obfuscating last item at bottom of product management

The "Create Feature" overlay is sitting on top of the last item in the list of features. This happens in both IE and Chrome.

    The fix will be in our next release, which should happen in March.

    We released the version 5.3 of Urban Turtle this week and it contains the fix for that issue.
