Description

When trying to add a widget to the dashboard, the user is required to select a project. In some cases, the project you're looking for is not there or the list is empty and no project can be selected. 

Solution

The list of projects includes all projects where the current user is a member of a team. Please refer to this article to learn how to add team members to a team in Team Foundation Server.
